Verzendbeleid

I offer shipping in the selected EU contries as well as local collection (at my studio) for shop purchases (ceramics or other goods).

Packaging

I care about the environment and therefore try to reduce the use of packaging materials. All packaging materials are made from paper, or if from a different material it has been re-used from packaging received with purchases from my suppliers.

On all orders that will be shipped a flat-rate packing fee will be applied.

If you chose to collect your order no flat-rate packing fee will be applied and you get to enjoy a free cup of coffee (good exercise for working on my barista skills :)). Plus you get to see the studio!

Carrier costs

All orders will be shipped with DHL and the shipping costs are the DHL rates that apply at the time of order.

The Netherlands

All items will be sent via DHL. All orders placed will be handed over to DHL within 3 to 5 working days (this does not apply for made to order orders). You will receive an email confirmation once shipped.

Delivery generally is the next working day(s) after your order has been handed over to the carrier. Keep in mind however that this could take longer during holiday seasons such as Christmas.
