Ceramic products

Consumers are entitled to cancel any contract purchase on the following conditions. 

- You have the right to cancel or give notice of return of a purchase within fourteen days (as of date order received) without giving any reason. 

- If you want to cancel or return your order, please inform per email: hello@studiobymin.com of your decision to cancel. 

- You shall send back the products/items or bring it to the studio no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation/refund. 

- Once the product(s) have been returned, you will be reimbursed for the payment done for the products received from you. Initially charged shipping costs will not be refunded. A deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any products/items returned might take place, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. 

- You will bear the direct cost of returning the products/items. 

 

Excluded from the right to cancel/refund:  

- Custom or personalized items

- Made to order items

 

Ceramic Classes

Purchased ceramic workshops and courses can be cancelled under the following terms: 

- You have the right to cancel with a full refund up to a month before the first class of the workshop or course. 

- If you cancel within a month before the workshop, no refund will be provided, but you can transfer your reservation to a friend or someone else interested in joining on your behalf. Do please notify me before the day of the first class. 

- All classes are fixed dates. Classes that you have missed cannot be substituted or reimbursed.

 

Membership

Purchased memberships can be cancelled under the following terms: 

- Memberships start on the first day of each month.

- The minimum duration of the membership is three months and the contract will be extended automatically. After the initial three months period there is a one month cancellation period.
